Would you like to get involved in spreading some Autism Awareness this April? Participate or Sponsor the Not So Spooky Golf Scramble - here
ASMT has two ideas for how you can get involved in celebrating April - Autism Awareness Month.
1) Start a "Blue Jean Day" program in your company. This program is easy to do and ASMT will give you all the information you need.
2) Start a Penny Drive in your child's classroom this April. This is an easy way to get children of all ages involved and provides an opportunity for spreading autism awareness in the schools. Again, the program is easy to do and ASMT will give you all the information and materials you need.
More Information: Blue Jean Days Numerous companies have participated in "Blue Jean Days". How it works: Employees are allowed to wear jeans Monday-Thursday if they donate at least $5 to the fundraiser. This is a great way to raise money for ASMT, as well as raise autism awareness. If anyone would like to get their company involved, please contact Jason at 615-385-2077 ext. 3 and we give you all the information you need to get started. Penny Drives Last year a school classroom participated in a Penny Drive during the month of April to raise money for ASMT...they raised over $250 in pennies!! These opportunities are a great way to raise autism awareness in classrooms. If anyone would like to get their school or class involved, please contact Jason at 615-385-2077 ext. 3 and we can give you all the information you need to get started.
